Join bassoonists Jeffrey Lyman and Darrel Hale (University of North Texas) along with a host of star collaborative pianists for the Bassoon Intensive week with the Collaborative Piano Institute. Bassoonists will work on repertoire for bassoon and piano and receive coachings and lessons with both bassoon faculty members, and will perform in classes and recitals with the assembled pianists. This is a chance to take a “deep dive” into our duo repertoire and to build your chamber music skills in preparation for your degree recitals or your professional careers.
